So tonight while the kids were enjoying their CF Kids Christmas party, I decided to try to do a box jump. Turns out accomplishing this is mostly a head thing. I had been really afraid, but after a little coaching, I DID IT! I was rather psyched out about it at first, but once I landed the first jump (not to mention a major chicken-out) I was able to do several. When I got home from the party this is what I found on the facebook page. I was going to post something about my little accomplishment, but it turns out Lloyd beat me to it. Thanks, Lloyd...you're the best!

Accidental Box Jumper
